New Orleans Inspired Design

Hello Reader,

I’m thrilled to share a very special project currently unfolding in my studio — "a custom woven fabric", created in collaboration with Kindly Woven, inspired by my client’s roots in beautiful New Orleans.

At the center of the design is the beloved fleur-de-lis — but reimagined as a true flower, blooming in an elegant art nouveau style. Rather than staying in its traditional, flat form, this motif now flows with natural movement and grace — just like the spirit of the city it represents.

✨ Why woven? This design isn’t printed on the surface — it’s woven right into the fabric itself, creating depth, texture, and timeless character. We knew drapery was the perfect application to let this piece shine.

The project is still in progress, and I can’t wait to reveal the final piece soon. Until then, I’d love to invite you to read the full story behind the design on the blog:

Want to bring your own story to life?
Whether you’re dreaming of a custom pattern for your home or you’re a design professional looking for one-of-a-kind textile work, I’d love to collaborate.

This special woven fabric will also be available by the yard for purchase once complete — so if you’re already dreaming of using it in your space, don’t hesitate to reach out now.
